Week 6 Weight: 153.4

Week 7 Weight: 150.8

Body Fat %: 10.2

Good results again! I have been feeling more confident, I love it. 

The diet part though was not good this week. Healthy eating is not cheap so because of that, living on my own and not making a lot to support all of that, my diet backstepped this week. I wasn’t proud of it, but I kept a positive attitude for the most part.

I know it’s easy to ask “what’s the big deal if you eat this food or that one?” But I believe that if you’re really friends with someone that is trying to better themselves, you shouldn’t   question their strategy. 

We all live unique lives and we all want to accomplish different goals. At the end of the day, most of us crave happiness. Being happy is being successful. 

A future fitness goal that I would like to accomplish is to weigh 168lbs with 8-10% body fat. How does one gain 18 lbs of muscle? It’s usually a tough process, but I’m reaching for that star until I grasp it. 

I hope all of you push yourself the extra limit and are accomplishing goals and dreams.
