Body Fat % (According to Aria): 14.9/11.4 with my tape measure
In the mail today, I received an Aria scale that not only tells you your weight, but also your body fat %. It told me a different # than what I did with the tape measure, so I will probably post a range for my body weight since it’s hard to get a 100% accurate number for your body weight. It was a pain in the ass to sync on my phone, but I eventually was able to do it on my computer. I think I’m going to end up keeping it, but I’m still unsure if I would recommend this product or not. I like it, but not love it. Hopefully it grows on me.
My body is feeling tighter which is a great feeling for anyone. But one thing I want to mention that I didn’t really grasp a few years back is that the outside doesn’t mean anything if they inside is ugly. You can be one of the sexist people known to man, but if you don’t treat people with kindness and respect, people are going to remember that more than how you looked.
There’s been that argument for ages of “beauty vs. brawns”, but I think it’s possible to have both. My goal is to not only look good on the outside, but to be healthy, to be intelligent, and to be a good-hearted person.
I haven’t started making diet plans or fitness plans yet :(, but I want to list some super foods for your body if you are looking for some insight when it comes to diet:
I’ll leave it at that for now, but the foods above have helped me with feeling fuller longer, muscle repair after workouts, and given me a positive outlook on life.
